Move specified node to another parent node.

move <node id> <new parent id>

If node id or new parent id does not exist or if the user does now have permissions to add nodes to the parent or alter the current node then an error is returned.

Note: Subscribers of this node which are not subscribing on the new parent will get a remove command as the result of this change.
